The Heeb CrunchDude was developed to be a very simple, yet effective guitar amplifier emulation VST plug-in. As the name implies, its strength lies not only in clean or over-the-top lead sounds, but especially in the excellent crunch sounds it can produce (certainly a weak point in many similar devices, virtual or otherwise). Its use is not limited to the electric guitar however.
